CEI is a charitable 501(c)3 organization guided by an elected Board of Directors who oversees the activities, fiscal soundness and strategy of the organization. Board members represent a range of expertise and interests in environmental protection and sustainability across the region. CEI’s staff is made up of dedicated full-time, part-time and volunteer professionals.
