This New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) funded program provides energy conservation outreach and technical assistance to residential and small business clients in the region.

This is a network of like-minded businesses, institutions and environmental professionals who share their ideas and practical experiences to improve environmental performance.

This initiative works to enlist and retain broad public commitment for the remediation, restoration, protection, conservation and sustainable use of the coastal waters of NYS from the Niagara River to the St. Lawrence River.
